You'll enjoy approximately a two and a half hour experience.
Just come and have fun or compete with your friends for the bragging rights!
With no shooting experience required, Plane Hunt is suitable for 13 year olds and up.
Practice shooting clays first.
Get comfortable with the shotgun by shooting 20 clays per person.
Then go hunt the plane!
A practice round of five passes then a scoring round of a further five passes. Scoring is not compulsory but is good fun! Who’s the best shot in your group?
Run by fully qualified and highly experienced gun instructors and plane pilots.
Get the adrenaline pumping, stay sharp, see those clays shatter and then see the firebird explosives attached to the plane burst into flames with your sharp shooting – got to be worth a great picture or two for posting because this is a new heart pumping experience for the adventurous!
Not everyone wants a boozy night in Amsterdam. Tastes are changing. More and more people are opting for interesting things to do with friends and family – a real experience that can be enjoyed as a group and can live on in the memory and on social media. Plane Hunt can be just good fun or you can turn it into a bit of a competition for the bragging rights.
Ladies are every bit as good as the boys so don’t think Plane Hunt is just for the fellas – many times the ladies outshoot the men – then the banter really gets going!!
Well – you’ve done the team building, immersive group bonding and karting. How about something completely unique? Plane Hunt is the most fun you can safely have with guns, planes and explosives! It’s great for just relaxing and bonding or competing but most of all it’s a great way to say ‘thank you’ to your team for all their hard work and dedication to the cause – whatever that might be.
Whatever the purpose of your Sales Day it must be memorable! The combination of guns, planes and explosives together with fantastic photo opportunities and great banter will live long in the memory.
Given the stresses and strains of modern living it can be hard to find the time to come together as a family and spend quality time together. As a consequence more and more families are specifically designating one day in the year when they come together and do something interesting and or exciting. Plane Hunt provides an interesting opportunity to experience something completely different that has the potential to build bonds and boost the confidence of younger family members.
We all have those special days – doesn’t matter what it is – birthdays, anniversaries, graduation, the dogs birthday. Well – they all need celebrating! So come and celebrate with a few fireworks – even if they are up in the sky attached to a plane! Great excitement – a great thing to share with friends and family and great stories to tell and pictures to show over social media.
An easy 10 minute drive from Junction 15 of the M4 near Swindon.
Your Plane Hunt experience consists of:
Assemble and greeting from host.
Meet the gun instructors and pilot.
Outline briefing of event over a cup of coffee.
Collect safety gear and move off to shooting area.
Gun instructors will demonstrate how shotguns are to be handled and the mandatory use of safety equipment (safety glasses and ear defenders).
All shooting will occur within a safety cage and the loading of cartridges will be done by instructors only.
Each person will shoot 10 clays, have a short break, and then shoot another 10 clays. The short break makes it easier to get used to the shot gun and shooting at moving targets.
A practice round of five passes then a scoring round of a further five passes. Your opportunity to show your shooting capabilities.
Return to the briefing point to return safety gear and for a well-earned drink. If you decided to make a competition out of it then we will need a prize giving and the requisite amount of banter!
